Located in Pontian, Johor, Tanjung Piai National Park is a truly unique spot in Malaysia! Not only is it home to the famous 📍southernmost tip of mainland Asia, but it also features stunning mangrove forests, tidal wetlands, and plenty of nature to explore. 💚🌊


🚗 It takes only about 50 minutes to drive here from Johor Bahru.

Don’t be fooled by its size — it’s the smallest national park in Johor, but also one of the most popular places for walking trails and photo spots! 📸

🪨 As soon as you arrive at the entrance, you’ll see a huge stone monument that marks:

“The Southernmost Tip of Mainland Asia” 🌏


Right next to it, there’s also a special photo spot and even a postcard mailbox! 📮

🌿🌊 Take a walk along the wooden boardwalk in the park, and you’ll find yourself surrounded by over 400 hectares of lush mangroves!


Along the way, you’ll see signs with interesting facts about the plants, shells, and little creatures around you — it’s like a fun and educational outdoor classroom! 📚🦀Perfect for kids and nature lovers alike!

From the viewing platform, you can even see the waters where Malaysia 🇲🇾, Singapore 🇸🇬, and Indonesia 🇮🇩 meet!

Such a unique location — perfect for snapping photos for Instagram or Xiaohongshu! ✨📱


Just a little tip: remember to turn off data roaming, as your phone might suddenly pick up signals from Singapore or Indonesia 🤭📶


🧭 At the very end of the trail, you’ll reach the famous “Globe Photo Spot” 🌍 — the iconic Earth sculpture you often see online is right there! Totally worth walking all the way for that perfect shot 💪📸
