A Night to Release and Renew
Let the power of gongs help you —
-> Release stress and emotional tension
-> Expel inner dampness and fatigue
-> Calm your mind and quiet your thoughts
-> Restore your body and awaken refreshed
As the year draws to an end, it’s time to slow down, cleanse, and realign your energy.
Let go of what no longer serves you, and allow the vibration of the gongs to guide you into deep peace and renewal.
⸻
What is a Gong Puja?
A Gong Puja is an overnight sound healing ceremony.
For 450 minutes, the gongs will be played continuously in a meditative flow —
cleansing, realigning, and rejuvenating your entire being through waves of sound.
This is not just a sound bath.
It’s a journey of transformation.
Like gentle rain washing the earth clean,
you’ll awaken renewed — light, clear, and full of energy.
⸻
Who is this for?
-> Those who feel stressed, anxious, or emotionally drained
-> Those seeking to restore balance, harmony, and energy
-> Those wishing to reset and recharge before stepping into the new year
-> Anyone curious to experience the magic of an overnight Gong Puja
⸻
During the Night
Simply lie down, relax, and surrender to the sound.
You may fall asleep, meditate, or drift into deep stillness —
the gongs will continue their work,
cleansing, balancing, and healing you on every level.
